• Billing data: billing address, order history (banking data is never stored by us)

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain the DoTi geolocation service (mobile app and web platform)
• Manage your user account and your trackers
• Process your orders and deliveries

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on:

• Performance of the contract: provision of the geolocation service

• Geolocation data: 6 months (unless extended retention is requested)
• Contact data: 3 years after the last contact
• Customer data: duration of the contract + 5 years (accounting obligations)

6. Data sharing

Your data may be shared with:

• Our telecom operator: for the transmission of geolocation data (encrypted data)
• Our technical providers: hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Google Analytics)
• The competent authorities: in case of legal obligation or judicial request

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

7. International transfers

Geolocation data passes through servers located in the European Union. In case of transfer outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision).

Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale ("T&Cs") govern the sales of geolocation products and services carried out by SARL DOTI MC under the DoTi brand.

2. Purpose

These T&Cs apply to all sales of GPS trackers, accessories and DoTi geolocation services, whether via the dotitracking.be website or by phone.

3. Products and services

The products offered are professional GPS trackers and their accessories. Each product is described with its technical specifications on its product page. Photographs are non-contractual.

The DoTi geolocation service includes access to the My DoTi mobile app (iOS/Android) and the web tracking platform. Use of the service requires an active subscription whose pricing terms are provided at the time of order.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. SARL DOTI MC reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated by the customer.

Delivery charges are shown before the order is validated and added to the price of the products.

5. Order

The order is confirmed when the customer validates the payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer. SARL DOTI MC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason (suspected fraud, product unavailability, obvious pricing error).

6. Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of order. The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bancontact
• Bank transfer
• PayPal

Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Banking data is never stored by SARL DOTI MC.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are given for guidance only:

• Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
• France: 3 to 5 business days
• Monaco: 3 to 5 business days
• Luxembourg: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5 to 10 business days

In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European distance selling legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@doti.mc or by post. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, together with all its accessories.

The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Exclusion: the right of withdrawal does not apply to geolocation services already activated with the customer's agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

9. Warranty

All DoTi GPS trackers come with a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and failures not attributable to misuse.

In addition, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, damage related to an impact, a fall or immersion beyond the product's IP specifications, damage related to incorrect installation.

10. Subscription and geolocation service

Use of the DoTi geolocation service is subject to a subscription. The subscription terms (duration, price, renewal) are specified at the time of sign-up.

The subscription may be terminated by the customer at any time under the conditions set out in the subscription contract. In the event of termination, access to the service is maintained until the end of the current period.

11. Liability

SARL DOTI MC cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Temporary interruption of the geolocation service due to maintenance or a telecom network failure
• Improper use of the product by the customer
• Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, conflicts, etc.)
• Loss of data due to mishandling by the customer

SARL DOTI MC's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

12. Intellectual property

The My DoTi app and the DoTi web platform are the exclusive property of SARL DOTI MC. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Data protection

SARL DOTI MC undertakes to protect its customers' personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

14. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The mediator's contact details will be provided on request.

Failing an amicable resolution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Principality of Monaco, in accordance with Monegasque law.

15. Amendment of the T&Cs

SARL DOTI MC reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.
